are u sure that the low level will stay alive in there? If they get the Aggro then they would die with one hit...or very quick.

someone have a reallive and dont play 24 hours.
someone are not in your lvl, because they are higher or lower.

and the other ones... if u see in the guild some ppl, so u can ask them to make a party. it's not a problem. the same here in the forum. a ask is ok. but u must know, that there are some problems.

we are building a new forum with many stuffs. there is then a event calender, TeamSpeak and many other things. i want to set some rules, where everybody must be registred in the forum and must sometimes check the forum. we want to get more life in our guild and forum. so everybody can help a little bit and so everybody can be a part of our guild.

but u can't say "i will get a party for SL or other stuffs" and let the other ones do the work.
If u want to go SL u must know... U need a Party-lvl average with 45+.
If u are smaller, so u need other High Player in the Party to get the Bosses down!
But if u are lvl 20 or lvl 30, so u are a "one hit wonder" for the monsters :p

u can't say, that our guild is bad ass! if u have tried many guilds, so u are here bad ass, because u are then a guy, who can't do something allone. u can't build a correct own party. u can't support a guild. u can't etc. etc. etc.!

a guild can only be good, if all guildies are good and play together!
Not only the boss must be good. every part from the guild must be good!
we know, that we have problems and we are still working to fix it. but if some guys are comming here and says "bad ass guild" so this guys makes problems in a guild! u know, what i want to say?

so dont cry here and drink your milk or help us to be better!
